Dr. Lauren

Hi There! My name is Lauren Coheley Spain! I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) who holds a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Georgia. I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and currently reside in Texas, with my husband and two fur babies, Sadie and Ripley! I am a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) and have completed both 200 hours and 300 hours of yoga teacher training, making me an advanced yoga teacher (ERYT500)! Recently, I have also started teaching trampoline “bounce” classes! They are so much fun!!

I am here to help you in any way possible whether it is nutrition and diet education or a private yoga class. I look forward to connecting with and meeting you soon!
